Warranty and Return Policy
BrightSign purchased at www.roku.com is covered by one year parts and labor guarantee. If for some reason your BrightSign product is not working properly and customer support is unsuccessful in helping you troubleshoot your problem, just contact Roku for an RMA and you will be contacted with return shipping instructions. Your product will be replaced at no charge. Shipping charges are not paid by Roku.
