Although Roku sells stand-alone media players, primarily in the USA , we won't be competing with you. We use our stand-alone products to prove our technology, but we understand that most existing and integrated consumer electronics product categories will be adding similar network media features. We don't intend to build these products; instead we are focusing our efforts in this area on core embedded solutions for large OEMs.
For example, we have no plans to sell AV receivers or most "integrated" products. We have no Japanese distribution for end-user products. We are happy to agree not to build products that compete with those made by our OEM customers.
